A heat sink is a device that dissipates heat-prone electronic components in electrical appliances. Mostly, it is made of aluminum alloy plate, sheet, and multi-piece. Row tubes, power amplifier tubes in power amplifiers must use heat sinks. In general, the heat sink needs to be coated with a layer of thermal grease on the contact surface between the electronic components and the heat sink, so that the heat emitted by the components is more effectively transmitted to the heat sink, and then radiated to the surrounding air through the heat sink.
The finned radiator is the most widely used heat exchange equipment in gas and liquid heat exchangers. The main structure is finned and string-finished type. Aluminum strips are used to quickly wind fins on steel or copper pipes. Most grades of 1060 aluminum strips have good ductility and good thermal conductivity.
